Stone Rock Breaker PE Jaw Crusher Working Principle:
The movable jaw plate is suspended on the mandrel and can swing from side to side. When the eccentric shaft rotates, the connecting rod moves up and down. (1) The crusher can only be fed after normal operation
(2) Crushing materials should be evenly added into the crushing chamber, and should avoid side feeding, to prevent load mutation or unilateral sudden increase
(3) Under normal working condition, the rise of temperature of the bearing should not be more than 35 ℃, the highest temperature should not exceed 70 ℃, otherwise should immediately stop, find out the reason and solve it
(4) Before stopping, stop feeding, and shut down the motor only after the broken materials are completely emptied in the crushing chamber
(5) When in use, if the machine is stopped due to the blocking of the material in the crushing chamber, the motor shall be immediately shut down and the material must be removed before it can be used again
(6) Turn back after one end of the jaw plate is worn
